HERITAGE TO HATZIC 5 & 10K VIRTUAL RACE- APRIL 1 TO 11, 2021!!
THIS YEAR WE ARE DOING A VIRTUAL WALK OR RUN. WHILE WE WILL RUN APART WE CAN COME TOGETHER TO SUPPORT THE MISSION HOSPICE!!
LET’S MAKE A POSITIVE CHOICE FOR THE HOSPICE AS WELL AS FOR OUR OWN PERSONAL HEALTH AND JOIN THE 5 K OR 10 K THIS YEAR!!

Welcome to the Heritage to Hatzic 5 & 10 K Run taking place this year virtually from Thursday April 1 to Sunday April 11th. This is Mission’ very own Sun Run and our goal is to raise $4000 or more for the Mission Hospice Society so they can help meet the needs of our community! Last year we raised $3000!
This year we will be starting and finishing in Heritage Park near the shelter. The route will run a loop in the park and then head out to Hatzic before returning to the park and the finish line. This course is relatively flat and has some fantastic views of the Fraser River and Valley. We encourage you to run this route between April 1 and 11th and then submit a time and picture of your run to us to possibly win prizes!! However feel free to run a route in your neighbourhood and submit a time and picture as well. Walk or run the key is to get out and move!
We will award prizes for those who raise the most money for the Hospice, for those who run the fastest, for those with the best picture from run day and to the oldest and youngest finishers!
This year there is a free race shirt if you sign up by March 10th!! Make sure you choose your size when you register!
Remember this year it is even more important to support our local community, so let us show up and give our support to the Hospice! For those wanting to run but not sure how we have a couple of FREE run programs for you to follow. Email us at phil@penrun.ca for either a Coach to 5 K or Run 10 K stronger running program.
